Tornado Surf Center in Yara Beach Club
At Yara Beach, i.e. at the beach of Hotel "Yara Beach Club", since summer 2010 we operate our Center 2.
It is located halfway between Safaga and Soma Bay - about 3km north of our Center 1 in Riviera Plaza Abu Soma.

Both the hotel and our Center at Yara Beach are rather small, but inexpensive, very friendly and with a personal atmosphere. It is ideal for people who travel on low budget and don't like the hustle and bustle of the big resorts. For now, we offer here only Kitesurfing, at a later stage, also further activities.
If you live in Yara Beach Club, the kite beach is not more than just 100-150m from your room. Usually the Wind starts in the morning cross-offshore from the left and turns to side shore late in the morning. A wide sandy beach, a large shallow area upwind of the hotel beach, and lots of space in the deep, turquoise blue waters offer ideal conditions for kitesurfing.
As an intermediate or advanced rider you can kite here to your hearts content - whether with your own equipment or Rental-Equipment from us. And of course you can also take Kite- Lessons or Supervision. We offer courses for all skill levels as private- or group-lessons, and we only work with certified instructors.
From here you can also come to our daily Kite-Boat-Trip to Soma Bay. We will pick you up with the Zodiac from here in the morning, and bring you back again in the afternoon.
