About us
The Tornado Surf Center Safaga was founded in 1996 and has been operated since then as a friendly, independent water sports center.
In June 2009, Sabine (GER) and Felix (CH) took over the center and continued to run it in the same spirit ever since.
We welcome over 1000 visitors a year, mostly from European countries but also from around the world. Many of them are returning regulars. Singles, Couples and Families are equally welcome.
Our team includes ten Egyptians and depending on the seasons up to five seasonal employees from Europe or overseas for Kite-/Windsurf instruction and administration.
